Visitors Present: Cindy Bell, Will Borski, Joe Boudreaux, Blondie Carrell, Charles Borski, Geoff Horn, Julie Horn
Establish a quorum; Called to order at 7:00 pm.

Agenda Items:
Mayor McDuffie asked council to review the minutes of the regular meetings held on Thursday April 11 and May 9, 2019. Daryl Alford made a motion to accept the minutes. Harold Minor seconded the motion. All approved; the motion carried.
Mayor McDuffie asked council to consider attending TML Newly Elected Officials Orientation held on July 18-19 in Round Rock, Texas. Bessie White and Karen McDuffie will be able to attend. Daryl Alford made a motion to approve the two attending. Harold Minor seconded the motion. All approved; the motion carried.
Mayor McDuffie asked council to strike both items 4 & 5 on the agenda. Daryl Alford made a motion to strike. Harold Minor seconded the motion. All approved; the motion carried.
Mayor McDuffie asked for a motion to adjourn. Daryl Alford made a motion to adjourn. Harold Minor seconded the motion. All approved; the motion carried.
