1. Call to order: 7:02 p.m. by Mayor Karen McDuffie
a. Roll call: Daryl Alford, Karen McDuffie, Marc Benton, and Pam Johnson were present at roll call. Bessie White and Harold Minor were absent.
b. Quorum established.
2. Consider and take action to approve the minutes of meeting on 7/14/22.
Motion by Daryl Alford to adjourn, seconded by Marc Benton. All approved; motion carried.
