- We survived October, thank you to everyone who stepped up to help during Pam’s holiday.
- Working on wording for depository ad – sending to Mr. Parker to look over
- Kott’s Café Appreciation Day – good turnout
- New businesses on Main St – Winking Stars, Fifty-Seven Bloom Co has moved, Grimes County Republican Party has moved into the space between the two, Chere Davis Photography has moved in to the other end of Main St by courthouse, North Point HVAC
- Consent Agenda: All consent agenda items are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion and vote.

- Wastewater plant – got new pump in at the plant, insurance will be paying for that, getting confusing reports that the old pump is somewhere being repaired. Lift stations at high school & FM 1774 both tripped recently. Looking to set up a meeting with Steve Duncan to look at 25 year review

- 2017 Harvey Grant – still waiting on it to close
- ARPA Grant – no change, waiting on decision for next project, have 2 new policies to approve, will send to Mr. Parker to review
- 2023-2024 CDBG – no change
- CDBG MIT-MOD – no change
- Harvey Reallocation Funds – no change
- Resilient Communities Program – having problems with quickbase to get it submitted
- Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) – SH 90 coming back to resolve some sloping issues, still working on PO entrance & southbound turn lane to justice center

- Consider and take action to approve 2023 Tax Roll by Ordinance #165-23.
Motion to adopt ordinance by Kason Menges, seconded by Daryl Alford, all approved, motion carried.
- Consider and take action on casting votes for candidates for the Board of Directors of the Grimes Central Appraisal District by Resolution #111-23.
Motion by Daryl Alford to cast votes for Sam Ruffino and Dianna Westmoreland, seconded by Tanner Krause, all approved, motion carried.

- Manufactured Home Ordinance review
Motion by Harold Minor to set workshop for 1/29/24, seconded by Daryl Alford, motion to modify to do workshops on 1/29/24 & 1/30/24, all approved, motion carried.
- Consider and possible action on participation and plans for the upcoming events in Anderson:
- Voice for Our Vets concert on 11/10/23 – will make a decision at noon tomorrow whether to move to Town Hall depending on rain. Hot dogs & water available
- Courthouse and Christmas tree lighting on 11/25/23 – will need help raising & decorating the tree
- Christmas parade on 12/3/23 – Motion by Kason Menges to set a cap of $500 for Christmas Parade, seconded by Daryl Alford, all approved, motion carried.

- Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Sec. 551.072, Texas Government Code, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, or value of certain real property located within the limits of the Town of Anderson.
