Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of The Town of Anderson, Grimes County, Texas, will meet in regular session on January 12, 2006, at 7:00 P.M in the American Legion Building in Anderson, Texas.


  1. Establish a quorum, call meeting to order.
  1. Recognize any guests present.
  1. Read/consider approval of the minutes of the meeting held on Thursday, December 8, 2006.
  1. Mrs. V.L. Snider, CPA, will present audit of the financial and other pertinent records of the Town of Anderson for FY 2004-2005.
  1. Consider/approve the annual principal payment of $5,000 and semi-annual interest payment of $5,175.00 to USDA Rural Development. (This payment is to be paid from Interest & Sinking Fund).
  1. Discuss May city election.
  1. Discuss/inform council on miscellaneous items.
  1. Consider/approve accounts due and payable.
