NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of The Town of Anderson, Grimes County, Texas, will meet in SPECIAL SESSION on December 7, 2018, at 5:30 P.M at the Community Center in Anderson, Texas.
AGENDA
Establish a quorum, call meeting to order.
1. Discuss/consider/adopt resolution # 76-18 recognizing Anderson Holiday Fest; temporarily closing streets during Anderson Holiday Fest being December 15, 2018 from 12 pm to 12 am; authorizing Mayor Sowell or her designee to seek approval of any and all permits or other documents required by Texas Department of Transportation to effect the temporary closing of said streets and/or highways for Anderson Holiday Fest, and to execute any documents or agreements required by Texas Department of Transportation to authorize the said closings and establishing the rights and duties and responsibility of the City and the State in connection therewith.
2. Discuss/consider/approve Agreement of Indemnify between Charlie Diggs Entertainment and Productions and the Town of Anderson.
