RESOLUTION AND BALLOT FOR GRIMES CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
WHEREAS, Sec. 6.03 of the Texas Property Tax Code requires that the governing body of each taxing unit entitled to vote for the appraisal district directors shall determine its vote and submit it to the chief appraiser no later than December 15th; and
WHEREAS, the following ballot was delivered to the eligible taxing units by the chief appraiser; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Anderson, having voted in open session on this the 13th day of November, 2025, for the directorships of the Grimes Central Appraisal District for 2026-2027;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Anderson that the votes of the City of Anderson be cast as follows and that the ballot be submitted to the chief appraiser accordingly:
