RESOLUTION # 60-15
THE TOWN OF ANDERSON, TEXAS AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE NO BUILD OPTION FOR THE BRAZOS VALLEY CONNECTION ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT. THE TOWN OF ANDERSON SUPPORTS EXPANDING HOUSTON AREA POWER PLANTS, AND /OR BUILDING NEW PLANTS IN THE HOUSTON AREA.
Came before the Town Council of Anderson on the 8th day of January 2015, the matter of authorizing and approving a resolution supporting the no-build option for the Brazos Valley Connection electrical transmission line project. The Town of Anderson supports expanding Houston area power plants, and/or building new plants in the Houston area.
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds it is in the public interest and to the benefit of the residents of the town/county and the citizens of this state to support the no-build option for the Brazos Valley Connection electrical transmission line project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ANDERSON, TEXAS, THAT:
The Town of Anderson supports the no-build option for the Brazos Valley Connection electrical transmission line project and supports expanding Houston area power plants, and/or building new plants in the Houston area to.
