BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this the 22nd day of May 2025, at 7:00 p.m., there was begun and holden a Special Meeting of the Town of Anderson, Grimes County, Texas.
- Call the meeting to order and establish a quorum at 7:00pm Tanner Krause, Kason Menges, Mayor Marc Benton, Cara McAlister, Rebecca Ray and Will Borski present. Members not present Bessie White and Harold Minor.
- Business: Discuss, consider, and possibly take action regarding:
- Discuss and take action to approve a contract with Affinity BCS to furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and services, including utility and transportation services, and perform and complete all work required for the construction of the Improvements embraced in the Project; namely, 2023 CDBG Sewer Improvements for the CDV23-0078 Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) project and authorize the mayor as signatory
- Contract provided to the Town Council.
- Bleyl Recommendation.
- Motion to approve by Tanner Krause, second by Kason Menges all in favor.
