TOWN OF ANDERSON REQUEST FOR BID
The following real property has been ordered to be abated:
The board of Alderman for the Town of Anderson voted in regular session, wherein the structures located at 414 Houston street and the legal description being;
W Anderson, Block 17, Lot 3 situated in the County of Grimes is to be abated due to unsafe conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”).
The Town of Anderson requests bids for the demolition and removal of structure(s) on the Property, leaving the property in mow-able condition. The Town of Anderson requests that you please submit your bid to the Town of Anderson at P.O. Box 592, Anderson, Texas. Bids must be marked “bid” on the envelope and received by August 7, 2019 at 5:00 p.m., bids should be awarded at August 29, 2019 regular session meeting.
