Permits are Required
The Town of Anderson has adopted the 2015 International Codes, including building, residential, property maintenance, and plumbing, as well as the 2017 National Electrical Code.
The Board of Alderman approved permits for the following:
* New residential construction
* Residential construction adding on more than 250 sq.ft.
* Commercial Construction/Renovations
* Demolition
* Moving In a Manufactured Home
* Vendor Registration
