Permits are Required before starting any new construction, remodels over 250 sqft or demos, and modular/manufactured home move-ins.
The Town of Anderson has adopted the 2015 International Codes, including building, residential, property maintenance, and plumbing, as well as the 2017 National Electrical Code.
The Board of Alderman approved permits for the following:
Residential Construction adding more than 250 sqft
Vendor Permit required for setting up mobile food or merchandise units within the Town of Anderson
