Our Community Center has been updated!
In May of 2025 the Town Council proudly unveiled wonderful updates to the Anderson Community Center. In the kitchen you’ll find stainless-steel prep spaces and a top-of-the-line gas range ready for your next gathering. The bathrooms were also updated to include double-lit mirrors and new fixtures throughout.
The Anderson Community Center/Town Hall is available to rent for your next event. Check our calendar for availability or contact the Town Office for more information. We supply twelve 8-foot folding tables and 100 chairs, along with basic cleaning supplies and paper goods for the bathroom—you supply the party.

Hours: Tuesday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
$175.00 refundable damage deposit
$300.00 non-refundable fee
- Entry no earlier than 8am the day of rental.
- Clean and vacate no later than 11pm the day of rental.
$50.00 non-refundable early access fee granting entry at 4:00 PM the day before rental if the hall is not rented.
- Not available on Saturdays.
- Must vacate no later than 11pm.
Forms of payment accepted: Exact amount cash, check, money order.
