ORDINANCE NO. 101-14
AN ORDINANCE ORDERING AN ELECTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING THREE ALDERMEN FOR THE TOWN OF ANDERSON.
WHEREAS, three aldermen are to be elected at large, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF ANDERSON:
THAT an election is ordered for the purpose expressed above to be conducted as stipulated in the attached ORDER OF ELECTION which is made a part of this ordinance.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THIS THE 13th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2014.
