Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the Town of Anderson will be held at 7:00pm on the 12th of November 2026, at Town Hall located at 415 Hill St, Anderson, TX 77830, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to wit:

1. Discuss, consider and take possible action on a budget amendment to reallocate unexpended funds in the amount of $46,658.43 from 2026 FY line 87 Town Hall Expansion budget to 2027 FY line 87 Town Hall expansion budget to cover expenses with McCulloch Homes incurred during FY 2026. This will amend line order 87 for 2027 to 136658.43.     
2. Discuss, consider and take possible action on Resolution 138-26 of the Town Council of the Town of Anderson, Texas, approving the temporary closure of main street for the annual Anderson Holiday Fest Event on December 6, 2026.
3. Discuss, consider and take possible action on Moving 140.00 from 1-7-400 line 87 Town Hall expansion to Line 80 1-7-305 building repairs to take care of the cost of AC Replacement and overhead lights. 
4. Discuss, consider and take possible action regarding a citizen complaint concerning a dilapidated and potentially unsafe residential structure, including possible enforcement proceedings under Town of Anderson Ordinance No. 73A-09, relating to nuisance abatement and condemnation regulations. 
5. Discuss, consider and take possible action regarding the development and adoption of a Town of Anderson sign ordinance, including regulations governing outdoor advertising, commercial billboards, sign placement, size, height, illumination, permitting and enforcement. 
6. Discuss, consider and take possible action on contract pricing increase for Big Wastewater. 
7. Discuss, consider and take possible action on information presented by Bryan Colbert concerning the sewer audit and next steps. 
8. Discuss, consider and take possible action on information presented by Jennifer Novosad concerning the use of a food truck in front of Kotts.
9. Discuss, consider and take possible action on closing main street for a Christmas Eve service from 6-8pm (Jennifer Novosad)
10. Discuss, consider and take possible action on notice of Rate Change by Entergy Texas. 
11. Discuss, consider and take possible action on construction project renovation at the Anderson/Shiro Jr. High as presented by Adam Boyd with Berry & Clay Construction. 
12. Discuss, consider and take possible action on information brought by Chris Rouse with the Fanthorp Inn project. 
13. Discuss, consider and take possible action on extending Town Hall operating hours to include Mondays.

This meeting shall be conducted pursuant to the Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq. At any time during the meeting the Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session on any of the above posted agenda items in accordance with the sections 551.071, and Section 1.05, Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct (Consultation with Attorney), §551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), §551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), §551.074 (Personnel Matters), and/or §551.087 (Economic Development). All items listed above are eligible for Council discussion and/or action.
