THE STATE OF TEXAS – TOWN OF ANDERSON – BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this the 17th day of November 2020, at 7:00 p.m., there was begun and holden a Special Meeting of the Town of Anderson, Grimes County, Texas with the following members present:
1. Call to order: 7:00 p.m.

2. Canvass of votes from 11/3/20 election.

Motioned to approve canvass of votes by Daryl Alford, seconded by Kason Menges.

3. New Aldermen shall qualify by taking an Oath of Office
Daryl Alford & Carnell Carrell were sworn in by Mayor Karen McDuffie. Tom Johanson was not present.
4. The Aldermen shall re-organize by electing one of its members Mayor Pro-Tem and one Secretary.
Motioned by Daryl Alford to postpone until entire Council can be present (ASAP), seconded by Harold Minor.

5. Consider and take action to approve two signers for the bank accounts.
