2026 02 19 Meeting Minutes

BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this the 19th of February 2026, at 6:00 p.m., there was begun and holden a Special Meeting of the Town of Anderson, Grimes County, Texas.

1. Call meeting to order and establish quorum Members present at 6:00pm, Tanner Krause, Will Borski, Mayor Kason Menges, and Town Clerk Cara McAlister. Not present: members Bessie White and Harold Minor, and Town Attorney Ashley Ver Schuur.  No visitors present.
2. Business:
   1. Discuss and possibly take action to approve February 12th, 2026 Meeting Minutes.
      1. Motion by Tanner to approve the February 12th, 2026 meeting minutes in full. Second by Brett Mize, all in favor. Motion Passes.
   2. Discuss, consider and possibly take action to approve an ordinance vacating a portion of Houston St.
      1. Ordinance provided for council review.
      2. Motion by Tanner to approve an ordinance vacating a portion of Houston St. Second by Will, all in favor. Motion Passes.
3. Adjourn at 6:08pm.
