There was a quorum thus a public open special meeting was called to order at 6:02 P.M. by Mayor Gail Sowell. The pledges were recited.
Erna Freeman made a motion to adopt by resolution # 66-15 to accept the gift deed of real property from American Legion McClosky Post #640 and all improvements per the Memorandum of Agreement. Tom Johanson seconded the motion. All approved, motion passed.
Joe Boudreaux made a motion to adjourn. Carol DeBose seconded the motion. All approved
Open session adjourned: 6:22 P.M.
No closed session.
