NOTICE OF MAYOR’S BUSINESS FORUM WORKSHOP AND OF POSSIBLE QUORUM
THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
Notice is hereby given that the Mayor of the Town of Anderson will host a Business Forum Workshop with local business owners on the 5th of February 2026 and 5th of March 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, 415 Hill St, Anderson, TX.
Pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, notice is given that the Board of Alderman are invited to attend the Business Forum Workshops. Consequently, a quorum of Alderman may be present at either or both Workshops. However, these Workshops will not constitute a meeting of the Board of Alderman. No action will be taken by the Board of Alderman, regardless of whether or not a Quorum is present.
I, the undersigned Town Clerk, do hereby certify that the above notice of the Mayor’s Business Forum Workshop of the above-named Town of Anderson is a true and correct copy of the said notice which was posted in the bulletin board at the front of the Town Hall, Anderson, Grimes County, Texas, on the 30th day of January 2026 at 4 p.m.
