Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the Town of Anderson will be held on the 12th of March 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall located at 415 Hill St, Anderson, TX 77830, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to wit:

- Discuss, consider and take action to approve a request from Kott’s Cafe to add a driveway and small building behind the building.
- Discuss, consider and take action to approve the Contract Closeout and De-obligation Form for the Bleyl Engineering contract related to ARPA Project WWTP Recirculation Valve Replacement, authorizing the de-obligation of $2,500.00 in unused ARPA SLFRF funds. Approval of this item is expressly contingent upon approval of Agenda Item 2, which reallocates the de-obligated funds through an ARPA MOU Addendum. If Agenda Item 2 is not approved, this action shall be null and void.
- Discuss and take action to approve Addendum No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Anderson and the City Secretary’s Office, increasing the ARPA SLFRF funding allocation by $2,500.00 using funds de-obligated from the Bleyl Engineering contract under Agenda Item 1. Approval of this item is contingent upon approval of Action Item 1. If the preceding item is not approved, this item shall not take effect.
- Discuss, consider and take action to approve Ordinance #183-26 Cancelling the General Election.
