Public Meeting and Regular Meeting of the Town of Anderson,
Grimes County, Texas. .
Public Hearing:
1. Call meeting to order and establish quorum at 7:00 pm members present were Will Borski, Harold
Minor, Brett Mize, Tanner Krause, Bessie White and Town
Clerk Bailey Sharp. Visitors present: Steve Storey, Michelle Bobo, Cara McAlister.
2. Consent Agenda:
a. Conduct a public hearing and obtain comments regarding the closing out of Grant CDV23-0078.
b. No comments. Motion by Will Borski to approve the consent agenda items in full. Second by
Harold Minor. All in favor, motion passes.

Regular Meeting:

a. Potholes. Purchasing mix to get these fixed. Cutting back limbs.

motion and vote.

Plan, Future Land Use Map, and Zoning Ordinance/Zoning map. (end of June or July meeting)
c. Council decided June 25ᵗʰ at 6pm.

the sell, purchase, exchange, or value of certain real property located within the limits of the
Town of Anderson.
