Notice is hereby given that a Special Session of the governing body of the Town of Anderson will be held on the 28th of September 2026, at Town Hall located at 415 Hill St, Anderson, TX 77830, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to wit:

- Discuss and possible action to approve the proposed FY26 Town Budget. Mayor Kason Menges read the Budget Ordinance 185-26 The members of the governing body voted on the budget as follows:

- Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Sec. 551.072, Texas Government Code, to deliberate the sale, purchase, exchange, or value of certain real property located within the limits of the Town of Anderson.
- Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Sec. 551.072, Texas Government Code, to deliberate personnel matters.

- Reconvene into public session and take action as appropriate at the discretion of the Town Council regarding the sell, purchase, exchange, or value of certain real property located within the limits of the Town of Anderson.
