- Call meeting to order and establish quorum in at 7:03 pm Present Kason Menges, Tanner Krause, William Borski, Brett Mize, Harold Minor, Ashley Ver Schuur, Tammi Hughey Not Present Bessie White
- Invocation
- Pledges to the flags: “Honor the Texas Flag. I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible.”
- Public Comment
- Business: Discuss, consider, and possibly take action regarding:
- Discuss and possible action to approve the proposed FY 2026 no new Tax Rate Ordinance No. 187-26 of $0.123609. Mayor Kason Menges read the Tax Ordinance 187-26 and the rate was discussed. Tanner made the motion of, This year’s proposed tax rate does not exceed last year’s maintenance and operations tax levy. Tanner Krause made the motion to approve the tax rate of 0.123609. This was seconded by Harold Mize, All were in favor:
