ORDINANCE ORDERING AN ELECTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING THREE ALDERMEN IN AND FOR THE TOWN OF ANDERSON, TEXAS
WHEREAS, three aldermen are to be elected at large.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ANDERSON, TEXAS:
THAT an election is ordered for the purpose expressed above to be conducted as stipulated in the attached ORDER OF ELECTION which is made part of this ordinance.
DULY RESOLVED AND PASSED by the Town Council of the Town of Anderson, Texas, on the 12th day of February, 2026.
